Made some progress on my "copy cat bag" tonight! Yay! Basically it's a total of 16 squares that will be sewn together to make the bag.. They come together really nicely.
OK, the above photo is 3/16 squares.. The colors I chose originally are Lily Sugar'n Cream brand: Warm Brown, Tangerine, Robin's Egg Blue and White.. I have 4 squares of each color made already (white is just the border) and today I finally decided on the 4th circle color of sage. This means that hopefully by Weds (today is Mon.) I will be ready to pick out fabric for the lining! I generally work pretty quick, but this weekend has been a busy one for sure!
In other news: My six year old got her ears pierced today - way to go Gaby! I just love her to pieces :)
