Here we go..

Haven't blogged in so long that I had to have my email and password reset!.. Anywho, I have two crochet projects going currently, one of them I haven't touched in 2 months.

I was working on an afghan to lay over the back of my couch:

BUT I got side tracked with some "summer" projects.. I have been on a bag kick lately I guess.

This is the first one I made. It took a total of 3 days to make and I sent it to my mother-in-law for her birthday:

This is the second bag that I made! I needed something small with a long strap to wear across my body. I also used random fabric that I had lying around. It turned out okay but I have room for improvement for sure..

I am currently working on a bag I call my "copy cat" bag. My aunt made a bag that I have fallen in love with it and am attempting to make one as well. I even ended up with a few of the same colors. I am hoping to have this bag done in time to give it to my daughter's kindergarten teacher as a "thank you" gift. I will for sure post pics when it's done!
