Randomness..
Not a whole lot going on around here lately. My daughter is out of school for the summer and we have been just hanging out. I have started another version of my "Copy Cat Bag" to keep busy and am actually pretty close to done with it already. I have to go pick out fabric for the lining and then sew the seams and add the strap. I think I'm going to make this one messenger style, so I don't have to worry about the straps sliding off of my shoulder. In other news, my daughter got the 3rd stripe on her yellow belt yesterday! Woohoo! I am so extremely proud of her! She starts swimming lessons in July too, nothing huge, just basically water safety. I'm glad, though, because we live in the Great Lake State and spend our summers on or near the water. I, for some reason, have been unable to even teach her how to float properly in her life vest. I guess I don't have as much to say here as I thought I did, and I am closing this entry because Gabs wants me to play a game with her.. Adios!
